In 2002, a group of diocesan and parish ministers gathered at the request of Bishop Anthony M. Pilla under the guidance of the Secretary for Education and Catechesis, Sr. Carol Anne Smith, H.M. to examine Adult Faith Formation within the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland.
